Thoughts on Painting

This week the big item on my to do list was to publish my monthly newsletter, which actually has been more of a bi-annual newsletter. I am very fortunate to have a lot of new subscribers in the past few months, and wanted to put together a nice holiday greeting. So there I was in my robe with my coffee ready to bang out the newsletter in maybe an hour tops. Five hours later, there I was, in my robe, face bright red with blood pressure probably hovering somewhere around 180/110 still trying to publish my newsletter. All because I wanted to jazz it up a little bit with a nice background and maybe some fancy clippings. And guess what. I now have a new operating system on my Macbook Air. Somehow I upgraded to Maverick, when I thought I was just upgrading a program to make my apps run better. Thanks Apple! (she says with sarcasm) And after all of my efforts at getting "Newsletter Templates" off of the internet I found an old copy of iwork in my office that has many Newsletter Templates on it. Hallelulah!

So, the December Newsletter is being published this Sunday with a lot of exciting news and information for 2014. If you would like to receive my monthly newsletter please click on the Newsletter link on my website, and feel free to share it with other art-lovers. I do not, and will never, share or sell any personal information or emails.

Thanks and have a wonderful day!
