New Hope Train - oil on panel -16 x 12"

This is Day 3 of the 30 Day Challenge. I went on this very train last weekend with my 11 year old daughter and husband. It was a beautiful ride through the countryside. There was beautiful Christmas music playing, and we had the pleasure of sitting in the bar car and having a Guiness while taking our 1 hour trip. The picture I used as reference was one taken last summer. I may do a winter painting of the same train during this challenge as well.

Thank you so much Claire! I loved your entry "OTC" today. My dad's business while I was growing up was named OTC, so it really struck a chord with me. I am liking this challenge more than I thought I would.
