Tonight is the closing champagne reception for the Spectrum of Spring Show at the Timmons Gallery in Doylestown. There will be music, champagne, and yummy food. Rich and Julie certainly know how to throw receptions! If you are in the area please come join us between 6 and 9 PM.

Red Roses and Apples - oil on canvas 22 x 28"
The big day is finally here. Months of hard work, long hours, and quite a few trips are wrapped up nicely tonight with a Champagne reception at Rich Timmons Gallery in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. I had the chance to sneak preview the show yesterday and it looks amazing! Rich and Julie have outdone themselves with this show. There are four artists participating: Christine Drewyer from Annapolis, Don Sahli from Evergreen, Colorado, Don McEvoy from Connecticut, and yours truly from Doylestown. I am excited and humbled to be in such talented company with this show.
The show runs for three weeks, so if you cannot make the champagne reception tonight there will also be a closing champagne reception. Tomorrow Don Sahli will be giving a demonstration starting at 11 AM at the gallery on Russian Impressionist painting techniques. I hope you can join us for one of these wonderful events!
